Our Agency Distribution Team (ADI) is seeking a new colleague as Manager Inside Sales (all genders) to join the team. This is a hybrid role at our main office in Dreieich (near Frankfurt am Main), Germany.
Your Impact
  • You actively work with travel agencies by supporting them and identifying their needs 
  • You review and analyse agencies and markets to identify growth potential and create respective marketing strategies 
  • You perform research to support the market strategy and maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM
  • You establish a firm understanding of travel agencies and maintain good relationships as a basis for further work by the Key Account Management 
  • You cooperate closely with all departments of the Commercial Division (Airline Business, Commercial Development & Analytics, Communications and Marketing), Second Level Support, Revenue Accounting and Service Desk 
About You
  • You hold a Bachelor degree in tourism, business management or equivalent 
  • You have minimum of 5 years work experience in the aviation or travel agency industry 
  • It´s a great advantage for us when you are familiar with conventional GDS systems
  • You possess excellent communication skills and are willing to learn
  • You are able to work in a team, with strong self-organisation and time management skills 
  • You are a proactive person, taking initiative and effectively driving tasks to completion
  • You are proficient with MS Office applications, especially with very good MS Excel skills
  • You are business fluent in English and German, other languages are advantageous for us
