The Service Desk Team (SDE) has a broad skillset covering customer support, aviation & travel industry, GDS-systems as well as technical skills. In SDE you will be part of an ambitious team that helps communicates with customers and clients around the globe, values a high problem solving mindset and is open to working occasionally on weekends (15x per year). As Travel Support you would complete our team´s skillset and play a crucial part in maintaining our high customer satisfaction rate.
