- Be a global support expert: Provide solution-focused responses and efficiently handle inquiries via email, chat, and live chat in the areas of airline ticketing, tariffs, GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.), and reservations.
- Collaborate across borders: Act as a vital link, working closely with internal departments and colleagues worldwide from our Montevideo office to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Drive service excellence: Analyze and resolve complex queries from our diverse international clients, using your critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Embrace innovation: Support the development of new product lines and customer services, adapting smoothly to evolving offerings and workflows.
